Details of duties and responsibilities: - The Receptionist Admin Assistant responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. She will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages sorting and distributing mail and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Qualification
BA in Administrative service management/Secretarial science/Management or related filed
Experience: - Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or Diploma in Secretarial science & Office administration with 4 years relevant experience, knowledge in travel is preferable.
Computer & Language Skill: - Proficient with computer skills & very good command of English both written & spoken.
