We are looking for Under the direction of the Chief of Party, The Technical Director for Programs will provide strategic technical leadership to ensure a holistic technical approach to an integrated and comprehensive HIV/AIDS program in the community that will achieve measurable outcomes in the prevention of new HIV infection among key and priority populations, with improved access to preventive and treatment services, comprehensive behavior change interventions and clinical interventions S/he is accountable to the COP and will work closely with the Director, Program Management, Associate Technical Director/MEL, Technical Advisers and communicates technical strategies to regional staff and to sub grantees. S/he will manage a team of technical area experts and will ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency of all products and activities generated under the project.
