Term of Reference
The Ethiopia Data Use Partnership (DUP) is a collaborative endeavor of the Ethiopian Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH) to strengthen the country’s health information system. It is a “project” with an aim to improve the collection and use of high quality routine information in the health sector in Ethiopia; contributing to improved quality, efficiency and availability of primary health and nutrition services at all levels. DUP is also an “engagement platform” where the FMOH; the JSI-led consortium of partner organizations interact regularly to help improve the quality and use of health data in Ethiopia.
Summary of Responsibilities
The Data Use Partnership plans to train and deploy up to 150 new IT and health informatics graduates to fill the existing gap in the support structure for various health information systems across Ethiopia and seeks to contract administration service provider company to handle the personnel administration and other administrative costs of the interns related with their deployment.
Specific Responsibilities
· Be responsible for personnel and finance management of up to 150 interns who will be deployed all of the country
· Process the monthly stipend payment for the interns through their bank accounts timely
· Manage travel expenses reimbursements for work related travels
