OUR TEAM
The Gender team manages Oxfam’s Gender Programme as a standalone programme but also, provides technical support to the wider team to mainstream Gender across other programmes as well as institutionally. The Sr. gender officer will be part of the gender team and RESET II the team in Dire Dawa supporting projects as required.
JOB PURPOSE
The Sr. Gender officer is responsible for leading the implementation of the gender strategy mainstreaming gender in the RESET II project.
