To serve every guest entering the specified outlet with food & beverage products of the hotel in accordance with Luxury Collection standards and in a correct, efficient, courteous and friendly manner. Prepare all mise-en-place (pre-service preparation) and complete in accordance with the outlet standards. Sell food and beverage products using suggestive and up-selling methods in accordance with the standards. Maintain accurate guest checks by efficiently using the Micros point of sale system in accordance with the hotel policy.
Job Requirement
Completion of Secondary School is required. Diploma/Certificate in Food & Beverage Services is required. Certification or working knowledge of culinary profession is an asset.
Conversant in English language; other international languages are added values.
Excellent interpersonal skills with 'serving others' attitude.
