Managing all marketing efforts for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Designing and implementing a strategic marketing plan.
Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities, planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
Collaborate with sales team, research experts and advertising companies to ensure they have a successful strategy to implement.
Must be goal oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure.
Must have strong communication, marketing, and presentation skills.
Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
Working closely with sales and executive leadership, determining and executing upon the most effective marketing strategies for generating sales opportunities.
Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including database marketing, email and social media
Implement a marketing automation tool and manage ongoing automation efforts
Create a system for measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Collaborate regularly with sales leadership to meet sales targets via lead generation.
Oversee and implement the strategies to optimize the digital footprint of our website and social media presence.
Collaborate with other team members in defining and executing social media strategy as appropriate.
Supervise and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Job Requirement
MA/BA Degree in Management or Economics or Marketing Management or Marketing or other relevant fields
A minimum of 8/10 years relevant experience for MA/BA respectively. Experience in Import marketing is highly valuable and mandatory. Basic computer application, planning, leading, organizing, Analytical & Research and Reporting skill
