Job Summary
Responsible for managing an organization's pay structure, monitor market conditions to ensure BGI’s pay rates are current and competitive, analyze data on wages and salaries, and evaluate how BGI pay structure compares with that of other companies. The Reward Manager uses this information to maintain or develop pay scales for an organization. It also administers BGI’s employee benefits program, which may include retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies such as health, life, and disability; select benefits vendors and manage enrollment, renewal, and delivery of benefits to BGI's employees. It also frequently monitors the market trends to ensure that BGI’s programs are current, competitive, and legal.
