Zerihun Associates is looking for highly motivated, qualified, and capable professionals to fill the post of Field Coordinator for Survey on Compensation Practices.
The role of a Field Coordinator is to coordinate, manage and monitor the implementation of surveys for ZA clients. The role involves a range of activities from the involvement of the planning and design of survey assignments, management of fieldwork activities, coordinating and supervising field teams, conducting quality control checks, managing data and preparing reports for ZA management and clients. The Field Coordinator shall be directly supervised and work closely with both the Research Manager and Survey Expert. As well as managing individual projects, the coordinator will assist the Field Manager in coordinating activities across the ZA.
The specific responsibilities include:
A minimum of First degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Economics, English, or any other related fields is required.
The ability to use the English language efficiently is highly required.
Must have one or more years of HR & Employee compensation administration experience.
Addis Ababa with some filled work assignment to different regions of Ethiopia
Based on the company salary scale.
