The expert performs a variety of transactions, analysis and reports in support of budget and plan process. Therefore he/she will be specifically tasked with the following responsibilities
Create, implement and monitor job creation strategies
Collect necessary data to create yearly and quarterly reports
Providing supporting research for strategy implementation
Develop annual budget and program strategy
Monitor budget transfer activity throughout the year to ensure that proper documentation is supplied and that transactions are properly authorized;
Prepare budget reports and submit recommendations for approval of budget request;
coordinate with team leads to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes
Provide advice and technical assistance with planning, cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation
Assist in the planning and preparation of activity/program design and approval
Perform cost-benefits analyses to compare operating programs, review financial request, and explore alternative financing methods
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Social Science and Business Management
GPA for Male 2.8 and Female 2.6 and above
A minimum of 6 years of work experience in related field
