The task
We need a manager who can coordinate a team of admin support officers and tasks. We are a start-up firm with an office in Australia and an office in Ethiopia. We need someone who is a self-starter and willing to do any task to help the team grow. You will be great with excel and have a good typing speed. You can organise events and have superior organisational skills. You can arrange meetings and take minutes as you have good attention to detail. As an international firm, we expect a high level of performance. There are many growth opportunities for the right person.
About us
Includovate is a research incubator that designs solutions for inequality and exclusion. Includovate believes in designing interventions and using research to reshape the social, political, economic and environmental systems that perpetuate injustice. Via the process of ‘systems change’, we focus on complex issues that affect the poor and excluded. We adopt an action-oriented approach to change mindsets and structural conditions that keep unequal systems in place. The result is bespoke and manageable innovations that lead to lasting gender equality and social inclusion.

Duties
1. 70 words per minute typing speed;
2. Manage a team of admin support officers to ensure they deliver on time and quality;
3. Daily typing tasks such as transcribe interview recordings/workshop notes;
4. Liaise with staff and clients;
5. Arrange meeting and other events and take minutes;
6. File electronically and in paper form;
7. Help to manage planning processes, research projects and prepare contracts;
8. Other ad hoc tasks as requested.
Education
BA in Business Management, Accounting or equivalent qualification.
Skills, Attitudes and Attributes
You will have a keen desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.

Timeline
Immediate start (within 1 weeks). 3 month contract renewed subject to finances and successful probation period.
Salary
13,000 ETB per month.
