Job Details
· Act as a first point of contact for customers
· Provide accurate information on the company’s product (e.g. features, pricing and after-sales services)
· Answer customers’ questions about specific products
· Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
· Ensure customer requirements are addressed in a timely manner
· Maintain correspondence with clients seeking product information and various requests

Qualifications Required
A minimum of BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field with and 3 years relevant experience .
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Detail oriented
Very good verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English
Good computer skills (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook)
