We are looking for a Design and Learning Manager to lead innovation in program design and delivery using a Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach within the Adolescent Youth Sexual Reproductive Health (AYSRH) portfolio. Reporting to Technical Advisor, RISE, this individual will guide adaptation of an existing family planning counseling approach (Smart Start) to meet the needs of the new Global Affairs Canada-funded program, which aims to support married rural adolescents and young women to access family planning. The role will contribute to the larger efforts of the Design Learning and Adaptation team to improve health interventions for adolescents in Ethiopia across a range of other programs. The Design and Learning Manager is a motivated, creative, self-reflective, and resourceful professional.
