· To find and register shops and products to our website
· To manage sales over website
· To manage inventory over website
· To manage the receipt, handing and escalation of all sales enquires
· To receive and co-ordinate all sales enquires in line with the company’s sales process
· To monitor the status of all live enquires to ensure all enquirer actions are completed in a timely professional manner.
· To ensure that all quotes and associated files are linked to an enquiry
· To follow up sales activities with clients and potential clients.
· To chase and analyze the reasons for failure to turn an enquiry into a new order
· To monitor company sales and sales performance
· To collaborate and work with team
Skills:
· Excellent reading, writing skills in English and Amharic.
· Intermediate typing skill in English and Amharic.
· Excellent surfing/browsing/ skill in all relevant social media platforms.
· Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, and maintain grace under pressure.
· Excellent web browsing, web research and information gathering skills.
