Background
Sustainable Under nutrition Reduction in Ethiopia (SURE) program is the first government-led a multi-sect oral integrated program implemented in the four agrarian regions of Ethiopia. It mainly focuses on nutritional outcomes - namely improved complementary feeding practice and dietary diversity among young children. The program has delivered an enhanced Community-Based Nutrition (CBN) program with an integrated multi-sect oral service delivery targeted to individuals and communities; systems strengthening; and support for multi-sect oral coordination
BSc in Nutrition, nursing,BSc in food science and nutrition, Public health or MD with 0-year experience. For Public health, and Nursing applicants, one-year experience in clinical setting is required.
Language: Affan Oromois mandatory for those applicants who will apply for the Oromia region
Responsibilities:
1. All data collectors are responsible for the delimitation of gotes, household listing, and entire data collection.
2. Each data collection team will list all eligible households in the selected gotes
3. Each data collection team will visit the randomly selected households from the list of eligible households.
4. Identify the eligible household members.
5. Read the consent form and obtain informed consent from the selected respondents.
6. The interviewer should interview the mother/caregiver of all selected children in the household and accurately record their responses.
7. Review each questionnaire on the tablet prior to leaving the survey respondents house and make sure all questions are answered correctly.
8. Follow up with selected mothers/caregivers/children who not present during the initial interview to ensure all the required information is completed.
9. Measure, height, weight and MUAC of mother and children.
10. Test anaemia and malaria status of children
