Major duties and responsibilities:
· Set a system by which participants health facilities can return PT results for evaluation and to access their performance feedback
· Ensure PT panels and feedback reports are sent to participants
· Collect returned reports and maintain documentations
· Monitor and evaluate EQA performance and identify participant laboratories performing poorly or unsatisfactorily
· Report to the immediate team leader and ensure appropriate assistance is provided to poorly performing health facilities
· Prepare feedback reports for all participants as per stated PT schedule
· Identify common errors and recommend corrective measures for increasing the performance of health facilities
· Establish a performance monitoring system that will be used nationally for EQA program implementations
· Prepare a summary report for PT performance regionally and nationally after each of the PT rounds for each PT program
· Support professionals on preparing reports
· Ensure that individual assessments results remain confidential and regularly backup the EQA data’s
· Perform all activities that has been given by your immediate team leader
