· Adhere company safety rules, hygiene level, technological discipline, and procedures · Achieve production plans, KPI and deliver product within specifications · Saving of energies, handling of waste and respect for healthy environment. · Evaluate analysis of samples and take corrective action if necessary and keep records about it. · Supply all production records accurate and on right time · Keep all equipment fully operational, tidy and respect maintenance schedule and lubrication program · Fully implement, working instructions, transmit to subordinates and control execution · Subordinates activities need to be closely monitored to minimize difficulties which may occur during operation. · Follow stock of R + A.M. to avoid production delay, or interruptions · Continuous focus for organization and efficiency to minimize production breakdowns and losses.
