Job Description
Preparation of BEO- Banquet Event Orders and responsible to ensure they are issued and distributed on time
Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
Distribute Daily Events reports (tentative and confirmed) to ensure communication to all internal departments throughout hotel.
Sale banquet and outdoor catering service in collaboration with sale steam.
Work closely with Banquet team to ensure all aspects of the event have been cost effective and serviced both clients and hotel needs.
Tour, inspect and monitor meeting rooms and presentations for clients or guests.
Respond to requests for proposals for small meetings / events including set-up, food and beverage needs, and rooms with all facilities
Communicating client requirements in a timely and accurate manner to all internal departments as required.
Ensure accurate follow up and communication internally and to the guest / client.
Ensure that Opera Sales and Catering / Other Banqueting software are updated daily for all event space bookings.
Ensure that all accounts are properly updated in the banqueting system..
Receive feedback from customers.
Ensure a positive working relationship between all departments.
Able to generate various reports from banqueting systems and excel to track group and event revenue etc.
Attend and follow any event in house with flexible time interval.
Job Requirement
Only women
At least 3 years’ experience as an sales and event coordinator.
Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
Outstanding vendor management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Public Relations is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
