Job Purpose:
Support the General Services and Administration Manager with ensuring effective and efficient office management activities, including business travel, company events and document archiving. Support company cars and drivers management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient and effective office management activities including office lease agreements, office access control, room booking, utilities, office supplies, etc.
Supervise office improvements (i.e. furniture, partitions, etc.) and maintenance works;
Organize business travels (flights, hotels, road transportation, etc.)
Collaborate with other departments to organize company events
Support management of company cars/drivers (scheduling, capacity utilization, maintenance, etc.)
Ensure proper archiving and smooth retrieval of company documents (issuance, filing, storage and safeguard)
Enhance technical knowledge by staying up-to-date with relevant regulations and accepted practices, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations;
Work on other assignments and special projects as assigned by the General Services and Administration Manager and/or the company’s Management Team

Job Requirement
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions
Standard business office software (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus)
Very strong numerical skills
Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Team player
Independent work initiative and flexibility
Demonstrated attention to detail with proven accuracy
Proven track record of analytical and problem solving skills
Prior business (for-profit) experience is required
Independently handle multiple tasks/projects with tight deadlines
