To support the engineering department in maintenance planning, to be able to achieve the required reliability of installations and to comply with Heineken rules and guidelines, legal standards and regulations, specifications and quality requirements and at the lowest possible costs. In relation to this also optimise to deployment of engineering resources for the execution of corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
To execute planning and scheduling and organizing maintenance operations.

Core tasks/Deliverables
To plan and prepare all maintenance tasks (preventive, corrective, modifications)
To integrate AM and PM activities in a stop day planning
Identification, preparation, reservation and procurement of materials and services needed for execution of maintenance
To plan, schedule, prepare, release and close work orders
To prepare, update and evaluate a 3 month maintenance planning
To set up and maintain a planning board for maintenance activities
To print and distribute all required maintenance plannings, documents and overviews (stop day, overhaul, etc.)
To initiate resource utilisation improvements by optimising maintenance planning
To support in the creation and optimisation of maintenance plans
To report to the Support Engineers on jobs done and jobs still pending
Support the process of work preparation for maintenance (e.g. spare parts, drawings, documents, tools)
Support the support engineers in the planning, preparation, production alignment and evaluation of maintenance activities.
Job Requirement
Training & Experience General: Bachelors Degree Specific:
Engineering
Experienced in working with Office applications (Word and Excel)
Experienced in Computerized Maintenance Management and planning tools
Experience: 2 years’ experience in planned maintenance Behavioural criteria
