Position Summary: The Storekeeper performs duties to support company operation. Performs the activities of receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock,documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventoryand property for the company.
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes anddistributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages anddiscrepancies on orders received.
Makes intra- and inter-departmental deliveries of returned office furniture and stationery materials;maintains records of all deliveries.
Fills supply requisitions; assists purchasers to order adequate supplies; delivers orders to different work units and staffs.
Receives, stores, tags and tracks property as per the tags; prepares property lists for items to be delivered to requesting work units.
Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and prepareconfidential files for properties identified for destruction.
Return back canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
Delivers and sets up furniture for variousLehulucenters as requested.
Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials if any.
Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
Records receipts and issues of store items;
Prepares receiving report and stores issue vouchers;
Calculates purchase prices and quantity against purchase orders;
Checks receipts and issued items against bin card records;
Keeps store documents and records in safe custody;
Participates in inventory taking;
Job Requirement
Education: Diploma in Materials Management, Supply and Procurement Management Experience: At least 4 years of experience in related field
