Programme office support Provide programme support to staff development programmes, answering questions from stakeholders, maintain files and support logistic arrangements.
Information management and reporting Maintain relevant (recruitment /(OM)SAP/BW) databases and systems and websites, provide regular management overviews and data, in line with the reporting needs and agreements on timing and formats.
Personnel and salary administration Support CHRM with entering all relevant data and mutate data into the personnel administration, in line with the administrative procedures and based on the information supplied, prepare necessary letters and communications to employees.
Salary administration Support HR Administrator in executing the salary administration in line with the salary administrative procedures and authorisation levels, and in cooperation with Finance, aligned to legal and fiscal regulations and CSO, and ensures payments are processed.
