Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Assisting in the daily Human Resources Process and Follow and Implement the procedures of the Company policy;
Copying, assembling, synchronizing, submitting and distributing Human Resource Documents and perform similar duties. Assisting the Human Resource Manager with office duties under limited supervision;
Supervise and control the working hour of employees and follow up on absent employees to while identifying the reason for absenteeism and notifying the appropriate body;
Makes monthly report to the HRM Department every month on a timely basis;
Prepares and files each and every employee’s biography data;
Ascertaining that applicants have included the necessary documents in their job applications and organizing the applications by job title/ position;
Following up HR correspondences and other HR related materials to be sent to and from the Head Office and other projects and/ or destinations.
Receives complaints first-hand from different directions within the company giving solutions if possible or endorsing these to the HRM, Department Manager;
Introducing new employees with the staff in the respective branch;
Reporting on the 45 day probation period through consistent follow up and reminders to their supervisors;
Ascertaining that the personal file of each employee is complete and on cases where there are missing documents, notifying the employees and concerned supervisors;
Notifying beforehand the Human Resource Management Department Manager when the date of definite employment contracts expires;
Ensure confidentiality of employee data and the overall things with in the HR Department;
Performing any other related duties in line with the job position.
Job Requirement
Required educational background: Diploma or degree in Management/ Human Resource Experience: 2 years for Diploma holders, 1 year for degree holder in a related field
