Hearts of Humanity’s Mission is to improve the lives of children and to empower them through positive reinforcement and individualized attention by caring professionals.
Hearts of Humanity will work closely with parents as well as caretakers to use positive reinforcement within their home to meet their child’s specific needs, and thus improve their overall quality of life.
Operational days: Monday to Saturday Operations hours: 6am to 6pm
AVAILABLE SERVICES:
Full Time Care: Monday - Saturday
Part Time Care: Based on families’ needs
Drop Off Care: Few hours a day based on parents’ need
Overnight Care: Based on parents’ need

JOB TITLE: NANNY
Major Responsibilities
Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children;
Supervise the children’s activities at all times;
Plan and prepare meals and bottles for, and feed, the children;
Dress the children;
Place the children down for naps and bedtime;
Bathe the children;
Change diapers;
Potty train the children;
Perform housework related to child care, including washing the children’s clothes, cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and washing bottles;
Teach the children good social manners;
Play with the children, both indoors and outdoors/
Implement educational activities, including reading, with the children;
Supervise during children’s drive to and from activities.
Job Requirement
Education: High school graduate, Certificate
Experience: 1-3 year work experience
Required Skills: Training in early childhood education preferred; first aid training in child and infant CPR; experience caring for children; reliable, honest, and trustworthy; physical ability to care for a young child; ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision.
Personal Skills: Great communication skills, must be a team player, a self-starter, energetic and MUST LOVE CHILDREN.
Other Skills: English and computer skills are a plus (although not mandatory).
