The job holder will be responsible for providing support primary healthcare and RH /SGBV consultations in Camp clinic and during outreach activities supports health promotion, vaccination and pharmacy activities , Maintains accurate patient and SCI records and provides input to SCI reports Participate in the smooth functioning of the SCI clinic and camp Registration, weighing, nutritional screening and vital signs of patients presenting at clinic Health education session to patients waiting to be seen, Vital signs and monitoring of patients who are severely ill and require stabilization prior to transfer, including management of intravenous fluids, Dressing and regular follow-up of patients requiring regular dressings Injections required at clinic site Providing family planning service Providing SGBV prevention and management as well as referral As dispenser in pharmacy, preparing medication sand explaining to patient’s home medications should be taken. As a vaccinator in the clinic for routine vaccinations and outreach as required He / She will keep and maintain the record of dressings, drugs, vaccination and other tasks. Daily tally of drugs used ensuring minimum stock requirement is maintained and drugs ordered from pharmacy as required. He/ She will help the mobile team member as requested by the mobile team leader He/ She will provide weekly drug consumption and vaccination reports in time He/ She will participate in preparation of mobile team weekly report as requested Responsible for the safe transportation and maintenance of drugs and vaccine in outreach Providing feedback to the Medical team leader/Health officer in issues related to the vaccination and drugs uses in outreach Travelling extensively, as needed Assisting in emergency response to disease outbreaks, as needed Any other tasks as assigned by Medical Team Leader/health officer and PMC.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered for the post, applicants must be a registered Nurse, qualified from recognized college /university Diploma /degree experience in primary health care delivery and referral systems and experience in dispensing and vaccination and also should have a proven track record in sexual and reproductive health, including maternity, and nutrition and also strong interpersonal and communication skills ,ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, motivation, and maturity and willingness to travel in field/outreach activities and work in a limited-resource refugee camp setting ,previous experience with NGO work Fluency in English
