Job Purpose
Responsible to put in place strategic-focused and systematic Performance Management Program of the company. Moreover, support the planning and implementation of performance oriented reward mechanism throughout the company.
Support the company to successfully implement strategic focused, systematic and innovative Performance Management programs;
Provide technical guidance to line managers and other employees concerning any aspect of the Performance Management process;
Coordinate all stages of the performance management processes, including planning and implementation;
Engage in the designing and implementation of various policies, procedures and templates for performance management and reward;
Supervise the Performance Management and Development through joint-target setting process;
Inform line managers, supervisors and staff about performance management timelines and provides appropriate support,
Take part in the designing of reward mechanisms on the basis of team/individual performance;
Review and compile performance evaluation reports; and draw lessons for subsequent evaluation session;
Maintain proper documentation of all performance management processes, and ensure that performance discussions are documented and implemented accordingly.
Participate in the design and review of HR policies, procedures, strategies, templates and guidelines;
Participate in HR undertakings such as job analysis, job description, specification, job evaluation and grading;
Integrate Performance Management with other Talent Management functions.
Work closely with the HR Team in various HR and organizational initiatives.
Job Requirement

Bachelor Degree or above in HRM/HRD, Management, Business Administration or related fields
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resource Management focusing on Performance Management, HRD, Organizational Development, Reward Management etc
Hands-on experience in various approaches of team/individual performance management.
