Key Accountabilities
Balances instinct with logic, ensuring insight is at the centre of any creative idea and can articulate feedback clearly and concisely
Demonstrates a complete understanding of budgeting, pricing and P&L
Sound understanding of brand performance, spotting issues and opportunities and pro-actively drives action to exploit or overcome.
Is able to lead and motivate cross-functional/agency teams to deliver brand results
Demonstrates expert project management skills in executing activity through the business, whilst meeting critical deadlines and remaining flexible to course correct where necessary
Demonstrates commitment to 100% flawless execution
Engages the organisation behind the delivery of brand activities
Manages complexity and it’s implications within projects
Manages others (cross-functional teams) to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the relevant level of quality
Holds people accountable and provides motivating feedback and guidance
Job Requirement
Qualifications
University degree in marketing / business
Experience required
Minimum 3 years Brand Management
Development and excellent execution of marketing programmes (both ATL and BTL) based on consumer insights
Managing multiple projects at one time
Working with 3rd party creative agencies and other strategic partners.
Budget and cost control management
Cross functional team working
Skills/Knowledge
Learns fast and adapts rapidly to a new experience
Can operate at both a strategic and operation level
Has a sense of urgency
Excellent implementer
Structured and organised and able to prioritize effectively
Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project)
