Ahadukes Food Products SC is a new internationally backed Foods company which will launch into the Ethiopian FMCG market in the near future. Based in Bishoftu and with state of the art production facilities, we aim to become one of the leading players in the Foods category in the coming years. To help us to achieve this, we want to recruit the best Marketing brain in the local FMCG industry to spearhead our brand development strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will have the responsibility to manage all aspects of the Marketing function and the flexibility to bring your experience, creativity and flair to influence the way we develop our consumer franchise. This is a critical role and a key part of the Executive management team
The Role
Lead the development of a market-leading brand and consumer strategy that will deliver market leadership in all categories where the company is present
Take the existing plans for the initial launch range and ensure that these are fully implemented in the market
Identify new category opportunities and work with cross-functional colleagues to bring these to realization
Manage media campaigns to deliver the optimum reach to drive a positive impact amongst consumers
Develop a full understanding of consumer U&A in the categories where Ahadukes is present and recommend actions and activities based on these insights
Develop the Marketing team to be the best in the industry
The Person
Ideally aged 28-35, you will currently be working in a Marketing Management role for a leading FMCG company and will be keen to secure your first Executive level position
A dynamic, extroverted individual with a creative mind and the ability to turn concepts and ideas into concrete plans that will take Ahadukes to market leadership in its chosen categories
A real team player who can contribute to the overall growth of the business whilst championing the Marketing function
A proven track record in the FMCG industry which can be substantiated through real examples of delivery
The ability to work on your own initiative to deliver the expected outcomes
Job Requirement
BA/MA/MBA Marketing, Business Administration or any other related fileds woith more than 5 years Marketing experience in the FMCG Environment.
