3.Key Responsibilities Quality control for incoming materials, semi-finished and finished products; the implementation and improvement of quality management system; ensure to provide customers with satisfactory products and high qualified service in order to maximize the benefit of the company.
Responsible for formulate company quality standards, and implementing the company quality policy, constantly improve and update the company's quality assurance system files to ensure that the quality management system can run continuously and be effectively implemented.
According to the company’s quality objectives to supervise the various departments set up objectives about relevant quality control, and establish the relevant process and systems of the quality department, and responsible for estimate to quality management of the various departments, then based on actual performance and production situation to organize review and planning meeting.
Responsible for implementing the quality management system, complete quality promotion, standardization and quality improvement; responsible for develop and implement a variety of quality management system, organize and promote a variety of quality improvement activities such as “QCC quality control circle activities, 7S activities.”
Responsible for inspect and analyze incoming materials contact with main factory about issues regarding material quality
Responsible for analysis of semi-finished products, finished product quality and quality control of shipment.
Responsible for confirm to state of badness materials and broken materials, coordination, push forward with relevant department to handle it.
Responsible for coordination of introduction, implementation and verification of new products; summarize, analyze and conform the inspection, and feedback product quality information to the relevant departments.
Responsible for collection, analysis and improvement of after-sale feedback problem and coordination with after-sale service to solve customer complaint; perform analysis of abnormal quality problems, take measures to solve and improve the quality issues in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Establish a quality management team, give training whenever necessary and prepare reserve talents.
Carry out routine training about quality, organize all department staffs participate in the training and take some exam regularly.
Develop the inspection specifications and quality control plan according to special order and requirement.
Strengthen the collection of information about international, national or industry standards and technical requirements, then issue the document and fires to the relevant departments (personnel) for study and implementation.
Responsible for preparing yearly, quarterly and monthly product quality statistical reports, establish and formulate original inspection records, statistical reports; analyze and assess the statistics of product quality indicators, and propose measures to improve product quality.
Responsible for preparing yearly, quarterly and monthly factory KPI meeting, analyze and evaluate the quality KPI statistics, and put forward the quality improvement measures, summarize the final meeting reports
Job Requirement
Bsc Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering
Minimum of 3 years work experience in Quality Control areas out of which the 1 year must be in managerial/supervisory positions
