The Micronutrient Initiative (MI) is a leading organization in Africa working to deliver health and nutrition programs to the region’s most vulnerable. At an exciting time of growth and opportunity for the organization, Mi is now looking to recruit for the following positions, for its Ethiopia Office, located in Addis Ababa.
Within the framework of the MI’s Strategic objectives, the candidate will direct and quality assure the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition programs in Ethiopia and ensure that all programs are efficiently managed and achieve the set targets.
Job Requirement
At least a Masters degree in Public health, Health management, International development, Economics and any related fields
Training in Epidemiology/Research methods/Project or General management
Medical degree and PhD in related field are added advantage
At least 10 years experience working in maternal and child health and nutrition programs in Ethiopia and the sub-Saharan Africa region
At least 10 years experience in managing donor funded programs and projects
Experience working for or with Ethiopian health system will be an added advantage
