To have accurate and up to date HR data records at all level, including the Breweries.
To implement good HR data reporting system in place with accuracy of data management.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Key accountability and main related activities
Ensure all workers annual leaves are properly planned and are taken as planned before the budget year.
Ensure all newly recruited employees have complete documentations and they get their employment letters on time.
Administer staff data base and enter all employees` data in the data base and generate reports as required.
Participate and facilitate Induction and Orientation processes.
Promoting diversity and quality as part of organization’s culture.
Liaising with a broad range of organizations including areas like race relations, gender, disability, religion, age, health and safety.
Administering payroll system and maintaining staff related records. Ensuring that department managers receive an accurate and timely assistance in response to particular queries related to HR policies or other aspects of employment legislation.
Providing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-run development of HR function in specific during an initial phase of recruitment growth and development.
Performing or supervising payroll processing, developing, and implementing procedures and applications.
Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality. Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
Creating Good professional appearance.
Giving Strong level of influence and negotiation skills.
Prepare monthly FTE report of the Heineken Breweries including Harar & Bedele and report.
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, Public Administration and other related fields.
Two years of work experience, preferably in HR related or coordination activities.
