1. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community and public interest groups 2. Planning publicity strategies and campaigns 3. Organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visit 5. Dealing with enquiries from the public, media, and other organizations 6. Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation
