Responsible for establishing and improving administrative systems and management systems;
Responsible for file management and transfer of control and audit;
Responsible for the implementation of relevant work conference management;
Responsible for the drafting of important documents and a preliminary draft audit work;
Control and in charge of the office to pay the costs of the audit;
Office responsible for planning, budgeting and implementation of the department's assessment of each post;
Responsible for public relations management;
Other matters as assigned.
Job Requirement
Education background: Bachelor Degree in Business administration or other relevant discipline. Training background: Received training in management, public relations, writing instruments, file management, administration and other aspects of financial accounting knowledge. Work experience: Above 5 years' solid similar experiences Technical skills: 1. with strong time management skills; 2. Familiar with administration and logistics management methods and processes; 3. Have the ability to resolve incidents and public relations skills; 4. Good English writing, speaking, reading ability;
5. Skilled use of office software.
