We seek to engage an individual with receptionist and administrative experience. Being the first contact to the office, the Administrator will sit at the front desk receiving visitors to the office, managing the reception area, managing the switchboard and providing administrative support to the Regional Office.
Job Requirement
The incumbent needs to be fully bilingual in Amharic and English with French or Portuguese being an added advantage. With the added responsibility of ensuring office cleanliness, the administrator will need to be a good team player and have supervisory experience. Further one needs to be proficient in excel, word, power point, minute taking, have a valid driver’s license, be experienced in planning and coordinating workshops and be confident and reliable.
