Assist the program officer on the day to day activities of HER program.
Work on the data tracking and compiling for the M&E activity,
Work on logistics and documentation of the program, follow up and supervise the summer enrichment program, school coordinators, and mentorship and tutorial activities.
Organize meetings and events with parents and program beneficiaries.
Work on the procurement of uniforms, shoe, and educational supplies for the participants of the program.
Deal with eye clinics for the program participant eye examination.
Work closely with volunteers and inters who are working on HER program
Job Requirement
Education/Experience: First Degree in Economics, Business Administration, education or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 1 years of experience in the scholarship management, girls education and organizing trainings and delivery
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Analytical and problem solving, communications & decision-making skills, knowledge on department policies and procedures are desirable. Knowledge of MS Office, Social media usage and good interpersonal skills are critical.
