General Goal Supporting customers on the sales process and helping and inspiring them on buying products.
Main responsibilities and duties 1. Welcomes customers by greeting them. 2. Ascertain what each customer wants or needs. 3. Helping customers on buying the right product and if required, help and advice customers on choosing product to buy. 4. Explaining products status and value. 5. Explaining how to use a product and how it works. 6. Answering customer questions about products and how they are stored. 7. Explaining about guaranties, specifications, product safety, supply and delivery options about products. 8. Maintain records related to sales. 9. Informing specific orders. 10. Maintain knowledge of current sale prices. 11. Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations. 12. Giving a great concern on the look and feel of product display 13. Maintain the cleanness of sales area 14. Maintain records related to product inventory 15. Ask for products in warehouse as required
