Provide administrative support by laisoning ICAP-E with partner and other organizations..
Major Duties and responsibilities:
Delivery of project documents to various collaborating agencies and perform related liaison works
Fulfill all the formalities required to clear imported goods from customs warehouse
Settling office utility expenses such as settling: office, internet, electricity bills etc.
Ensure that all service agreements are renewed in a timely manner and service fees are settled regularly.
Ascertains that the necessary appliances like fire extinguisher and other safety equipment are made available at each of ICAP-E’s facility,
Fulfill formalities to obtain visa for staff who travel abroad for business purpose.
Facilitating of ticketing and hotel accommodation for staff and other visitors who travel local/abroad
Perform other liaisons work as assigned by the Supervisor
Facilitate for logistics arrangements for hotel bookings for meetings and trainings to be conducted in the in the respective places. Avail the required conference/training materials needed for the meeting
Reserve halls in the appropriate hotel/health facilities for trainings and reserve rooms for ICAP guests. Undertake a follow up on settlement of hotel bills

Required Qualification and Experience
Bachelor degree in Management or related field with two years of related experience. OR
Diploma in Management or related field with four years of related experience
