TITLE: Participation and Inclusion Specialist- Manager
REPORTS TO: Deputy Chief of Party, SIPED II Project
SUPERVISES: None
Duty station: Addis Ababa

I. Summary of Job Description:
This position will serve to ensure that the cross-cutting components of gender, youth and disability inclusion are mainstreamed across all project components, from planning to implementation to M&E. He/she will work closely with the Systems Strengthening Manager and NRM Managers at all stages of SIPED II, guiding them on strategies for gender, youth and disability-sensitive conflict assessment on an ongoing basis, monitoring implementation against the gender checklist, and documenting key learning on inclusion for both internal and external audiences. He/she will contribute to all training materials and tools developed or refined under this project.

A. Education:
B.A/M.A degree in Sociology, social work, Management, economics, development studies or related social science fields.
B. Experience:
• Minimum of 8/6 years of relevant work experience in the area of gender mainstreaming, inclusion.
• Post holder must have extensive gender mainstreaming or programming experience
• Must be well versed in exclusion issues within the Ethiopian context
• Proven coordination and capacity development skills
• Have minimum of 5 years of project experience focused on youth
