Working under direct supervision of the Manager of Finance and Administration, the Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day functioning of the project office.
Major Duties and Responsibilities The main duties of the Office Manager are to:
Supervise and monitor the workflow and administrative budget.
Maintain necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with USAID and CNFA guidelines.
In conjunction with the Communications and Outreach Specialist, facilitate project correspondence.
Oversees basic bank transfers and office accounting.
Coordinates travel logistics for key personnel and visitors.
Ensure office is kept clean and in an orderly condition and manage the flow of visitors to office locations.
Perform clerical duties, as needed, including copying, data entry, communications, and simple translating.
Ensure document flows are tracked
Serve as liaison between project staff members.
Insure office supplies are in place
Follow up and pay water, electric and telephone bill are paid on time
Manage cleaners and reception/administrative assistant.

Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience working in an administrative position. Experience working on a donor funded project preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
