The Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for the National Office (NO) including property administration, logistics, security, events management, Store administration, and general service support.
Principal Duties
Responsible for facility administration to include property, service contracts and lease agreement management and for maintaining clean and conducive office working environment.
Handles Store Administration and inventory control for office supplies, equipment and other goods as required.
Manages security and janitorial services and staff; ensures adequate security systems/process are in place and reviews them periodically to ensure effective, efficient security system is in place.
Coordinates technical administration support services to include travel, equipment, processing support services requests, operational support and coordination.
Responsible for following up on operational agreements, registration and renewals and asset disposals.
Responsible for management of meetings and events to include hotel bookings, logistics and travel arrangements.
Handles work permits, visa processing, air ticket bookings and international travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
Manages travel and transportation services of the Office; establish and execute procedures for vehicle administration, travel requests and authorization conforming to applicable policies.
Provides administrative support for projects and local partners in administration related areas.
