WaterAid in Ethiopia is looking for a General Service Officer to enable to provide effective and efficient administrative and general services to the organization. The post holder is responsible in managing logistics for visitors and staff, managing WAE Vehicles and Drivers and ensuring the office security and the functionalities of office equipment and appliances.
To be successful, you’ll need to have 6 years of relevant and proven experience and Diploma in Administration, Office management or related field

Qualification (Know How) A) Education Required:
Diploma from a recognized college in Administration / Management or office management or relevant field Desired: Certification in transport management
B) Experience Required:
6 years work experience in related fields Desired:
NGO experience in related field is preferable
C) Technical Skills Required:
Good planning, time management and decision making skills.
● Good skill in computer application. ● Knowledge in security management
Fluency in English language and written communication.
Demonstrated sound judgment, and ability to work effectively with others at all levels.
Ability to effectively liaise with suppliers, government, NGOs and other relevant stakeholders
