JOB SUMMARY The position holder will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to all programs in areas of procurement and Vehicle management enabling them to discharge their operational plans and goals as scheduled and desired. He/ she will be responsible for procurement planning and timely purchase of materials and store management. In addition, he/she ensure organization vehicles are well managed and used as per the policies and procedures. He/she manage performance of staffs under his/her supervision. The incumbent is responsible to review & register purchase requests and gets approval; review bid analysis for purchase request, and follow up timely delivery of goods to store. The position holder is expected to follows up and verify recorded logbook for all journey undertaken, fuel consumed and repair costs. Furthermore, s/he will ensure the store is managed well in that the movement of goods is recorded and the data base is updated every time.
Job Requirement
In order to be considered for the post applicant must have BA degree or Diploma in business management or related field with four years of experience for BA Degree and six years of experience for Diploma on logistics. S/He must have strong analytical, written and verbal skills; able to work independently but enjoys collaborating and working in a team environment; ability to work under pressure and with all levels of employees/management. Knowledge of computer skills, especially Basic Microsoft Offices is mandatory. Knowledge of local language is additional value
