ABDISHE project is a four year initiative that is being implemented by CARE Canada and CARE Ethiopia in partnership with the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (GFDRE). The project is being implemented in Oromia Region, East Hararghe zone Fedis woreda in 11 kebeles and reaches 6,400 chronically food insecure Women and their households.
CARE Ethiopia is seeking a qualified consultant for its Midterm ABDISHE project evaluation. The purpose of the mid-term evaluation is to determine the extent to which the objectives, outcomes and outputs defined in the project document have been met and assess the likelihood of achieving them upon project completion, to carry out a detailed and critical analysis of the present situation to generate evidence of change that the project has delivered, Identify potential options for improvement, which may include modifications in the project design and feed evaluation results into the ongoing implementation of the Project.
