Duties & Responsibilities 1. Schedule and implement microbiological analysis in line with the recommended quality system 2. Manage resources 3. Follow-up the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation 4. Prepare Medias for microbiological test 5. Properly sterilize all equipments used for analysis 6. Non conformance recorded and communicated to the relevant body 7. Follow up the action taken 8. Ensure the availability of microbiological analysis Medias, chemicals and order before out of stock situation occur

Education/Qualification Min requirement: BSC in Applied Biology, Microbiology, Food Bio-chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related field
Work Experience: 2 years on food Microbiology positions, like Juice, Soft Drinks or Beverages or Four years experience in related fields . Specific Skills 1. Health and Safety 2. Production Knowledge 3. Quality Orientation 4. Operational Knowledge and Skill 5. Process Knowledge
