Length of Contract: long term upon satisfactory performance Job Description: Program manager is responsible for successful implementation of the projects under this program, and also for development in the sector, program. He/she supervises, that the specific results are achieved in proper quality and time and that all necessary administrative and financial rules related adhere to Ethiopian and donor’s requirements and regulations.
Main responsibilities:
Supervision and support of multiple projects at all stages of the project cycle
Management of local team
Ensuring the quality of projects s and their compliance with the rules and strategies of PIN
Ensuring synergy of individual programs
Control of processes in the area of monitoring and evaluation
Formulation of program strategies and the creation of new projects
PIN representation to donors, local partners, authorities and community
Job Requirement
Qualifications and requirements:
5+ years of relevant work experience in program management (including proven experience with projects writing, and PCM) and relevant University degree
experience in team management
experience in developing quality programs, strategic planning, enforcement processes
Excellent knowledge of spoken & written Amharic and English, including a very good writing skills is a prerequisite
