Job Requirement
Qualification: BA or MA Degree in Social Work, Sociology, and Management, Public Administration or other appropriate fields from recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of five years experience for BA degree or three years for MA Degree working on Humanitarian Response Program, out of which two years must be in a leadership/advisory position responsible for developing livelihood interventions and the technical aspects. Experience in livelihood programming in complex and demanding workload;
Substantial experience in coordinating, mobilizing community, planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring and reporting;
Ability to supervise the field staff;
Ability to analyze, integrate, facilitate and negotiate effectively;
Knowledge of computer applications, MS-Office;
Excellent report writing and English proficiency skills are mandatory;
Knowledge on refugee setup and field experience is preferable;
Knowledge and practical experience on project proposal design is mandatory.
