Verde Beef Processing plc is engaged in integrated Animal Fodder Development Ranching and Meat Processing. Our company is at start up level hence we are recruiting additional staff members and open vacancies for the following position.

Major duties & responsibilities:
All company liaison work and arrange all legal and statutory paperwork related to the company and its employees, assets and products.
Must be prepared also to do menial administrative tasks and small random and ad hoc tasks assigned by the office manager and Legal Manager.
Deal with bank process and tax Office
Drawing up contracts and other legal documents;
Explaining the law and giving general legal advice;
Follow up legal cases in different government & administrative offices;
Analyzing legal documents;
Draft concise, well-researched opinions;
Follow up the implementation of agreements;
Negotiating (not all cases will end up in court);
Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the law by reading journals and law reports;
Preparing papers for court;
Represent the Company in court litigations.
Salary is negotiable.
Job Requirement
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in law.
Experience: Two and more years’ experience Must have good general knowledge of Ethiopian Law, primarily commercial Law. Must specifically be familiar with processes of ERCA.
Languages: Speaking and writing Amharic and English (Oromiffa is a Plus)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa but possibility to deal with region.
