1. Position Title: Food Monitor

2. Position Title: Finance Officer (Re-advertisement)
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Contract duration: Indefinite period

Reports To: Deputy Finance Manager
1. Purpose of the Position: The purpose of the position is Grant and sub grant management, support program and sub partners to develop plan/budget, sub partners monitoring and technical support as well as institutional and capacity building to sub partners. The incumbent also supports and builds internal program team capacity and works with program and finance units in a team.
31 Minimum Qualification Requirements for Food Monitor position:
1. Education & Experience: Completion of 1st Degree in Supply Chain
Management, Accounting, Economics, or other related fields; and 3 years of
experience in Food Monitoring, Commodity Management or other related field.
2. Knowledge of the Somali language is a requirement.
3. Competencies /Knowledge, Ability and Skill
Working Conditions: To successfully carry out monitoring activities, Food Monitors are expected to spend 75% of their time in the field conducting these monitoring activities on a rotation that has monitors out in the field for ten days followed by five days twice each month. The approach may change as directed by JEOP senior management.
2. Minimum Qualification Requirements for Finance Officer:
Education & Experience: BA /BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, and 4 years’ experience in financial/grant administration, accounting, or other relevant field.
