Ø Have a planning tool to manage quality labor on a daily / weekly basis. Control the progress of harvest compare to plan;

Ø Assuring the right conditions (phyto and temperature) required in the cold store is maintained in every compartment;
Ø Monitoring and controlling packing of the products;
Ø Checking the shipment documents;
Ø Set a system to provide a rapid corrective response for any deviation noticed;
Ø Have a system to track history, reward best quality harvesters and penalized ones below target;
Ø Prepare weekly internal quality feedback and provide overview to quality team and production team;
Ø Analysis and comparison per site to align practices and results as close as possible;
Ø Accurately document reports of field quality controller;
Ø Assist in writing and updating quality procedures, protocol and checklist;
Ø Provide feedback, assist in analyzing data of the quality information recorded and resolution of top quality issues;
Ø Find and propose new and better ways of doing things;
Ø Participate in internal quality audit (if necessary);
Critical Knowledge/Educational Back ground:
Ø BSc in Horticulture and 4 years related work experience;
Ø Experience in QMS;
Ø Growing of plants in a greenhouse;
Ø Crop management including Pests and diseases management;
Ø Post-harvest practices.
Critical Skills:
Ø Keen in details;
Ø Ability to spot faults easily;
Ø Scouting-pest and disease control and chemical knowledge.

Ø Production of cuttings and quality definition;
