PSI/Ethiopia seeks candidates for the position of Project Coordinator, House Hold Water Treatments under child survival program. This position is based in Addis Ababa, and reports to the Child Survival Program Manager. Details about the position is present below;
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator is a technical position with major responsibility of implementing WASH projects: social marketing of Household Water Treatment (HWT) products (PUR & WuhaAgar). The Coordinator will work closely with Product Supply Chain and Distribution (PSCD) and others (in particular Monitoring and Evaluation, Health Communications, and Social Marketing departments) and ensures the timely project DELTA (PSI's marketing planning tool) planning, implementation and monitoring of Child Survival project execution progress for quality, accountability, and measurable impact. S/he ensures household water treatment brands (PUR and WuhaAgar) are widely promoted and understood by the target audience as affordable quality health products.

Education
• Masters or Bachelor degree in Environmental Health/Science, Public Health and related fields,
• Two years for Masters degree and four years for first degree including a minimum of 2 years direct experience working on social marketing of HWT products, WASH, and communication.
Experience
• Familiarity for innovative child survival intervention initiatives as well as previous experience in fundraising related to high health impact WASH.
• Basic understanding for PSI behavior change model

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, assume leadership, and make rational decisions
• English and Amharic languages written and verbal communication skills
