JOB SUMMARY:
The overall responsibility of the Partnership Manager (PM) is to ensure quality of partnership management in all program operations of the country office. The PM is accountable for ensuring a strong operational platform is in place for quality partnership management by closely working with program operations, finance, awards, logistics and other functions. The PM will have an oversight of the partnership improvement plan of the CO with particular focus on operational platform strengthening on partnership and ensuring that agreed-upon procedures are followed. In line with the on-going operational platform strengthening initiatives, the PM is responsible for ensuring partnership management of the country office are in compliance with internal SCI minimum standards and partnership frameworks. The PM will be closely working with programs and award managers or staff responsible for partnership management at program operations level for quality assurance. The incumbent is also expected to work closely with field offices and hubs in strengthening partnership management including designing and rolling out training package on partnership management.
